Psychologists and neuroscientists recognize that language significantly influences how we experience the world. The words we choose to describe our goals and intentions can profoundly impact our ability to achieve them.

Indigenous cultures understood the power of language. Take the word "spell," for example, which originates from the Germanic term "spel", meaning talk, storytelling, gossip, or sermon. The stories we tell ourselves—about our past, present, and future—shape our self-perception and guide our choices.

I will walk you through a process of linking intentional verbal language with mindful body language to develop a simple 30-second practice you can do several times a day to manifest your deepest desires.
