Oh my fucking gosh! When I read part 1...this is exactly what my soul asked me to do! Move my body for fun! It could be dance or moving with the energies around me! If there could be one reason the universe made me meet you it's to learn this! To detach exercise from movement!

You've no idea how many years of gunk you've allowed to flow lol πŸ˜†

I was a total gym-rat exercise freak, and I hated every bit of it except the way it made my body feel. After years of yoga I quit taking classes and just started stretching for what felt good...and that works. I now roll around on the floor doing whatever my body wants every morning for at least 20 minutes a day. and then I walk the corgi, but that's not about exercise, that's about bonding time with the pup.

if you exercise for exercise it is a total chore. but if you do it for other reasons, it's fun movement!

Phenomenal articulation of why compartmentalized healing never quite lands. The observation that doctors speak to the body when someone has no body awarness really clarifies why so many tratments feel like they're happening in a foriegn language. I've experienced that disconnect where mental-emotional work dredges stuff up without integrating it back into the physical experience. The MOZI Method approach of getting brain, body, and energy all communicating again sounds like what's actually needed instead of forcing exposure therapy.

I really appreciate you taking the time to leave this thoughtful comment. I have been working 1-1 with sensitive souls for decades, and I myself have struggled immensely with the compartmentalized (great word) approaches to wellness. I developed the MOZI method because I wasn’t getting the support I needed and through development I realized that body awareness is key to physical healing and integration is vital to mental:emotional healing. So many energy healers have the right idea but lack the capacity to integrate.

If you ever want to learn more about MOZI method, just DM me.

I think so many problems arise from western medicine trying to separate the body from the mind and the spiritual. It's all connected, we need to think about all three aspects. There's certainly a time and space for regular western medicine, but there should also be space for mind and spirit.

Wow. This resonates with me. The treatments that are not integrated. Please help me get back on track. You are the best, TL.
