How to LET GO of guilt, burdens, and other people’s responsibilities
so that you can have more time, relax with what is, and feel free.
When you hold onto the grudges, resentments, burdens, and responsibilities of other people, you can end up with very tight shoulders. By doing too much for others, you end up having very little energy (if any) leftover to take care of yourself and your stuff.
The best way to help YOURSELF is to do this simple mindful stretch, several times a day, and watch the results happen. Over time, not only will your shoulders not be so tense and tight, but your behaviors, attitude, and perspective about doing for others will gradually shift….and you will JUST LET GO…without even trying.
