Stop Over-Thinking and Start Mindfully DOING Manifestation
A Mindful Manifestation Mini-Course Activity
Many of the manifestation teachers like to say âwhat you focus on you create.â
Letâs adjust that affirmationâŠâWhat you focus on, you NOTICE.â
When you want to âmanifestâ something in your world, it isnât about âcreating itâ out of thin air. Nothing really âmanifestsâ out of thin air. That would be breaking the laws of physics. Even magicians call their work âillusionsâ.
Energy is neither created nor destroyed.
Manifestation is not an act of creating, it is an act of perceiving.
Itâs about noticing what has always been there, hiding in plain sight.
The good news is that the world is ABUNDANT. Everything you desire is abundant in the world, and totally available to you, perhaps in a form you donât recognize.
The not-so-good news is that if you arenât âmanifestingâ your deepest desires, it is probably because your perspective isnât open to noticing it, receiving it, perceiving it, or being fully aware of its potential. Your RAS, the filter in your brain that makes you notice or not-notice things, needs a re-training. (for more information about the RAS, read this post)
Your RAS is trained by several factors, including:
how you were conditioned as a child
your DNA and the coding in your genetics
what you have been doing, practicing, believing, and reinforcing your whole life
In order to change and re-train how your RAS works, you need to do two things.
change your perspective and perception of your childhood conditioning and genetic coding.
change your current practices, habits, behaviors, and beliefs about your current experience.
What you focus on, you NOTICE.
What you notice becomes your reality.
Thereâs no short-cut, magick pill, or get-rich-quick scheme that will train your RAS and open your HEART. It takes diligent, consistent, and disciplined practice.
What does work is a consistent practice in Mindful Manifestation Exercises.
So many manifestation teachers offer visualization and meditation exercises or positive thinking affirmationsâŠwhich work, to a degree. However, it is easy for these types of practices to get you stuck in your head. In order to manifest something tangible, you need to move your manifestation practice from your head and into your body and your life.
These exercises provide ways to elevate your visualizations, affirmations, and meditations into ACTION.
