The Mindfulness Movement Has Lost Its F*cking 🤯Mind.

I’m *blissfully* shit-grinned pissed.

They say that when a woman hits 50, she’s got no more f*cks to give.
Whoever “they” are. . . they’re not wrong.
And, they’re also not right.

I’m the kind of pissed that makes me want to break stuff…but not the fancy crystal.

The anger I feel about the mainstream mindfulness culture makes me want to break metaphysically…
