How to LET GO of perfectionism, control, and fears & anxieties
so that you can laugh off mistakes, access creativity, and play more.
What really shifted for me in terms of my perfectionism and control issues was when I made one tiny little shift in how I do one thing every day. When I did this one tiny little thing, I also noticed that I wasn’t so anxious about things (cuz anxiety is directly related to control issues).
The shift was subtle, it took time, but it was an easy thing I could do, and it was so easy, I didn’t even have to remind myself to do it cuz it was changing HOW I did this thing that was already part of my everyday life.
